Hey, I’m Thomas, the person behind City Sprint Cycles.

Back in 2023, I started selling bike parts on eBay as a small side project. I’ve hit over 1,000 sales with 100% positive feedback. That inspired me to take the next step and build my own independent online store right here in Scotland.

My aim is simple: solid gear, zero hassle, and fast dispatch. Everything ships out within one working day via Royal Mail, and unless stated otherwise, every item is brand new in retail packaging.

Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

We offer a 14 day returns window. Items must be undamaged, unworn, unused and in original condition. Any installation of items to "test" things means we won't accept it back. Please include your order number! Simply message to begin a return. Customers to pay for return shipping unless faulty. 
When will I get my order?

Generally I am able to despatch items the same day, otherwise they will be sent the day after (MON-FRI). Standard shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 48. In some cases items may be sent with different couriers depending on size requirements. 
How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping cost is £3.50. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
